Physical Therapy: Be Better Than Before

Dr. Troha offers physical therapy to help you battle back from your injuries, and go beyond “good enough.” A physician prescription is not required for this cash-based therapy service; participants are provided with an itemized receipt to pursue reimbursement with their primary insurance carrier. Physical therapy offers many health benefits, including:

  • Injury prevention and treatment
  • Pre and post-surgery strengthening
  • Pain management
  • Joint realignment
  • Overall health improvement

Therapeutic sessions consist of an initial assessment to determine a plan of care specific to your individual needs, followed by an hour-long, one-on-one session with Dr. Troha. Physical therapy sessions take place in the assessment rooms on the fitness floor. Attire should be able to expose the injured area, and be freely moveable. Same-day treatment is available, with services including:

  • Deep tissue/aromatherapy massage
  • Running/gait analysis
  • Assistive device prescription
  • Trigger point release
  • Passive stretching
  • Joint mobilizations and manipulations
  • Ice/heat/ultrasound treatment
  • Soft tissue mobilizations

Nutritional Therapy: Planning for Longevity

Nutritional Therapy is a resource for people who need guidance about their dietary needs. Nutritional therapists determine and assess nutritional and biochemical imbalances in the body, then provide dietary recommendations to alleviate and prevent recurring conditions.

Therapy is designed for highly active individuals who want to maximize their exercise efforts with a proper diet, as well as people with health concerns who want to live a healthier lifestyle. Participants learn how restore internal balance by avoid harmful toxins and allergens, properly utilizing detoxification techniques, and using supplemental nutrients to improve their overall health. The benefits are numerous, including:

  • Weight loss
  • Body toning
  • Short-term detoxification
  • Supplemental education
  • Diabetes management
  • Chronic illness control
  • Improved energy

Dr. Troha will work one-on-one with you to create a plan that fits your needs. Choose between:

  • A 3-session program that includes an initial assessment, a seven-day meal plan designed to fit your personal goals and circumstances, a re-assessment to track your progress, and a follow-up to prepare you for ongoing adoption.

    OR

  • A single-session program that includes the initial assessment to determine your personal needs and circumstances, and a seven-day meal plan that you can incorporate into your lifestyle without follow-up guidance.

Nutritional Therapy is more than a diet – it’s a long-term lifestyle change, and the first step to improving the way you live.
